In Chapter 5: The Last Reel, this track plays alongside the ominous heartbeat and breathing noises that accompany Ink Bendy when he walks past Henry, Allison Angel, and Tom through the divided hallway, apparently failing to notice them, before going to the giant Ink Machine entrance.
